This enhancement has been delivered in CL/SuperSession 3.1. APAR OA62077 has been closed with PTF UJ06801.
We will add this request to our development task list. This RFE is a duplicate of RFE 131166.
Without hidding/combining the fields for the users a rollout is much harder since a ordinary user have to learn that change to more then 8(9-100) characters password is actually a phasphrase.
