More granular message is password/passphrase change fails

Supersession is not able to deliver qualified error message, if a user is requested to change his password / his passphrase.

a) new Password/passphrase is ok - everything is ok
b) new Password/passphrase is not ok - Supersession delivers only a message like
"Password invalid".

There are the standard passphrase exit ichpwx11 and a similar ichpwx01 exit for passwords which is provided on an as-is base.
They both calling system rexx procedures irrphrex and irrpwrex which are able not only to give a return code back but also a reason code why
the password / passphrase change is rejected.

When RexxRc=4, RexxReason can have one of the following values:

1 - Minimum length violation
2 - Password contains disallowed characters
[...]
4 - Password contains part of user's name
[...]
9 - Password does not contain enough new
characters from previous value
[...]
15 - Password uses a restricted pattern

and so on ... only to give an impression, what can go wrong.

We want to display a more detailed error message to the user in order to get a better user expierience.
