Add visibility when a panel has a syntax error

When a panel has a syntax error, in TLVLOG we see messages KLKDM1* on the first time the panel was called, but that can be hours after the STC started, so it goes undetected.

Is there a way to make such errors more visible ? For example, if these messages were sent to the SYSLOG then we could use a tool like AFOPER to detect them and take action to notify us. Something like that would be good, otherwise it is very hard to see...

    Development has reviewed the Idea request and will work to include in our development plans to echo those messages to the SYSLOG.
