Improve UUID4 Performance

We are now generating hundreds of millions of GUIDs using the COBOOL UUID4 function. ANY performance improvements in the future will definitely be appreciated.

I am a capacity planner and prior to recommending the function to the application teams I prototyped in a small COBOL program looping 1 million times. I re-ran the program this morning. I have found it consistently just under 2 mins of CPU for a million GUIDs. Glenn

    This RFE has been delivered via the following:

    Jan 2021 COBOL RT PTF: APAR PH33105 https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/PH33105

    Users will need to install the March 2021 COBOL RT PTF however as {PH33105 was marked PE) and was subsequently fixed by APAR PH34885 https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/PH34885
