I don't succeed opening a case : always error http 503
This RFE will be treated as a defect and tracked internally. For external support, you will need to open a Case.

This RFE seems to be in fact a defect.
How to declare it as an anomaly?
I tried the https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s site where I was supposedly enabled by my system team, but I always get an http 503 error when I want to consult the cases or else create one.
