Improve the standard log for jwt token validation

Some of the error reports in the validation of a JWT, such as iss configured not corresponding to the one present in the jwt or JWT not supplied in input, do not raise an exception as in the case of a badly formed JWT (e.g. expected 3 parts present 1) and therefore do not appear in the STDERR. To be able to debug them it is necessary to activate the trace function of the CTG which is not easy in production.

It would be useful that in the event of a JWT not validating, in addition to the return code -27, the reason why the JWT has not been validated would always be printed.
