RELATED IDEAS

Integrated Debugger should support both notations DBM%USERID and DBM.USERID

The problem with the terminated communication had to do with Integrated Debugger
not supporting or recognizing DBM.USERID. Because it didn't honor the userid, it defaulted to using the IMS region userid which, hence, caused the failure
