QRadar/SIEM integration

EKMF Web must generate security related events that can be consumed by IBM QRadar similar third-party SIEM systems.

At minimum, these events must include
- Logons, both success and failure
- logoffs, when performed by a user, logoffs due to timout may not be possible.
- Access checks, both success and failure. These should include the EJBROLE being checked
- Key template creation, modification, deletion
- Key generation, modification (state changes, keystore changes), deletion.
- keystore creation, modification, deletion.

Base information to include in any event is timestamp, action identifier, userid, and any action-specific information.

Currently, the only way to connect EKMF Web and QRadar is to configure QRadar to read the Audit log in Db2 using polling. This isn't optimal as not all security-events are relevant in the audit log.
QRadar can receive forwarded events sent to QRadar directly, although it would require EKMF Web to know about QRadar/other SIEM.

Some of the relevant security-events may come from the OS and the Liberty Web server. QRadar can aggregate information from multiple sources. For any security-event that EKMF Web itself does not/cannot report to QRadar, it should be documented what other source the security-event is available from.

A consolidated LEEF format syslog feed streamed to QRadar would be ideal.. Today critical audit/cyber event details can be found in messages.log, console log, webserver started task and EKMFweb audit database. The todays state of connecting to EKMFweb audit tables does not provide enough details to do SIEM triage, reporting and monitoring for adversarial behavior.
