EKMF Web - Make Log available listing keys that have been activated but did not get installed

Make a log available listing key(s) that have been activated in EKMF Web but did not get installed in the CKDS. In such case, functionality needs to detect a key created, activated, but did not get installed. This key is then added to this log with a status, "Not Installed", pending review with the functionlity to execute the key and install it. Suggestion: Make a sub-selection under Key Management available in the side navigation on the web page, along with other current sub-selections: Keys, Keystores, Key templates. This new selection can be named: “Pending Keys Log” This log needs contain information about the key: 1. Associated Key Label name 2. Key template used for creating the key 3. Keystore The functionality to install the key needs to be made available once key is identified in the log as activated but not installed.
