Enhance HOD/HACP EE to provide hooks into custom JavaScript functions

Enhance the 3270 emulator capability of HOD/HACP EE to provide an optional client side "hook" that can trigger a customer written JavaScript function when the emulator's end-user presses a function key (e.g. F8/PF8).

The custom Javascript function would need to be invoked prior to sending the function key and screen data to the server.

The custom JavaScript function would need to know the function key that was pressed and would need to have the ability to retrieve data at any row and column, for any length, from the current emulator screen.

The custom JavaScript function should be given the ability to specify whether the function key and screen data should be sent to the server or if the send of the data and function key to the server should be prohibited.
