HoD this requires a change from SSLite to JSSE.

We are requested to secure the emulation sessions with TLS1.2.
In HoD this requires a change from SSLite to JSSE! We saw a decrease in performance (response times) from SSLite to JSSE between two and three times of the response times per displayed windows.
A change in fixpackage 12.0.3.0 improved the performance,
but we still see outbound delays of 120ms+ on tcp.len==53 packets
on the client side.

This was reported in APAR IT24176 which showed that in the current implementation, HoD is polling to check
whether data are available in the socket or not when doing secure connection.

The Development team has taken this issue and working to replace polling
with Java channels. The work that needs to be done is to extensive for an APAR and thus development requested to open an RFE.

With JSSE the HOD emulation feels like the LPAR is always capped with the very slow response time.
