IDZ Sofware Analyzer - Client Batch Mode - Link with z/OS Copybooks

When we work with IDZ in an interactive mode (eclipse UI), we have added property groups for our projects, in order to link cobol copybooks strored on z/OS PDS (especially technical copybooks we don't need in the Workspace : SQL Messages, MQ, ...).

So the syntax check and IDZ client Software Analyzer find them and doesn't show us any warnings / errors about potential undefined cobol data in programs calling copies.

By using Software Analyzer in batch, with a Windows script, it would be useful to be able to activate a z/OS connection to make the link with the Copybooks stored in z/OS PDS, but this functionality does not exist.

Thus, the results of an interactive scan are quite different from the results of a batch scan.

It would therefore be necessary to modify the parameters of the batch launch command, to add a reference to the PDS of copys.

Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. Your request is currently in line with our product strategy and we added it as a candidate for future releases of the product. Thank you for your suggestion and continued support.
