IDz - File Truncation should honor PDS record length definition in RTC setup

In our IDz/RTC setup sources are stored in the RTC repository. Editing is done via the Project Explorer using the regular COBOL and JCL editors. We are using the zFolder structure to indicate that sources are stored in RTC, but at a certain point in time these sources will be transferred to the mainframe for builds. The transfer to z/OS can fail because sources exist with a record length that is longer than 80 characters.
The editors must know the configuration in which they act, and therefore in the RTC setup know that COBOL sources (and other types of code) have to respect the settings of the Data Set Definitions that are configured in RTC.
