R?gle d'identification des cas de manipulation de donn?es via (position:longueur) Rule of identification of data manipulation cases via (position: length)

Des développeurs cèdent à la facilité de tester et manipuler des données (y compris en table DB2) via des "rubrique(position : longueur)".

Il faudrait une règle valable en COBOL natif comme en COBOL issu de RPP pour pouvoir repérer ces cas.
