Implement support for the Korean code page 933 in Remote Connection Emulator when using a DBCS or SOSI compatible session type.

Extension is to support all valid code pages.

Using IDz 16.0.3 the Korean code page is not supported in the 'Code page' drop down box that defaults to '037 United States'.

    How is it going? . Due to this, the customer is unable to proceed with the version-up to 16.0.3. I ask for a quick implementation.
