Generate a job using customized procedures

Similar to the facilities offered by COBOL, it should be possible to generate a job using customized user procedures.
COBOL, for example, offers 3 procedures (ELAXFCOC, ELAXFCOP and ELAXFCOT) that can be selected as required.
A similar facility should be provided for all programming languages to allow a list of user-defined procedures to be selected.

    RDz has a requirement on the books to allow the additions of Procedures ( in addition(and similar) to Add Step.. which RDz allows today ) from the UI - once that requirement is addressed, this particular case requested in this requirement will be covered/addressed.
