support allowing non 01 level for imported copybook in EST (IMS SOAP G/W)

Our customer very strongly requires that RD/z EST for IMS Bottom-up tool can generate the WSDL(XSD) in the case that the first field of imported copybook is other than 01 level such as 03, 05.
Because our customer's copybooks are composed of several levels copybook files. Our customer has to change level from 05 to 01 of copybook files temporally to generate XSD files, and they think this restriction makes reliability of their copybooks lower, because they have to EDIT files(over 200) by person each one.
We think structured copybooks approach is standard in legacy COBOL programming to keep maintainability. We believe in this new function is mandatory in our customer environment.

Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. This request for enhancement is not currently aligned with our product strategy and vision and for this reason, we will not be implementing it. Again, thank you for your suggestion and continued support.
