LPEX editor should hilight debug lines depending on setting

Similar to the COBOL editor, LPEX should highlight debug lines (lines with 'D' in column 7) depending on the existence of the 'With Debugging Mode' phrase of Source Computer command.
COBOL editor highlights these as active code or as comment lines, depending on this setting. LPEX always highlights debug lines as if they are active code.

Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. At this time we have no plans to address this request within the next two years, please feel free to resubmit in the next year or so for our consideration. Again, thank you for your suggestion and continued support.
