Add a process for viewing called subroutines like we view copybooks from source code

Currently when viewing COBOL programs in RDz we have the ability to select and browse copybooks. I would like the same feature for viewing subroutines. When changing programs many times there is a need to view the subroutine source. Many times these subroutines are being changed. So the need exists to have a list of libraries to search when looking at a subroutne. I would envision a property group structure for source libraries and after highlighting the member to be viewed that the editor would look for a COPY or CALL statement to determine which property group to use.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Programming Languages
Product - Developer for System z

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:

Product - Developer for System z
