IDz 14.2 Deactivate Personalization questionnaire

Hello,

We're using IDz 14.1.7 and want to migrate to 14.2.n.
For us it's mandatory to deactivate Personalization questionnaire that appears when a workspace is opened for the first time.
This request is because we want to provide to our users a standardized IDz.zip file embedding all the connexions and customizations corresponding to our entreprise (so we don't want that some users can change something by error in the questionnaire).

    This feature was delivered in IBM Developer for z/OS V14.2.2.

    Hello,
    This behaviour is really annoying for us as it let users automatically reconnect to host with all consumption issues it involves and also let them still using LPEX on which we had stopped the support replaced by Cobol and JCL editors.
    We really need a workaround meanwhile
