IMS JDBC driver-equivalent SQL support for IMS Administration Tool ISPUFI feature

Currently the IMS Administration Tool ISPUFI feature is based on COBOL and the IMS native SQL support of IMS. This leads into many restrictions of the SQL functionality compared to what the IMS JDBC driver provides. Please enhance the IMS Administration Tool ISPUFI feature to be able to execute SQL statements using the IMS JDBC driver and in addition to it necessary user type converters. Please support both running this Java program in a JBP region or outside as a stand-alone Java program connecting to an IMS on another LPAR through IMS Connect and using ODBM for the query execution. JBP would be better when performance is important. Java outside of IMS would be better for also being able to access remote IMS systems, which especially may be important when accessing test data.
