IMS LOCKMAX USERMOD to disallow or restrict the use of the value '0' and provide a min to max range for LOCKMAX values

Wellpoint needs a LOCKMAX parm usermod to allow us to restrict or disallow the use of the value '0' in BMP EXEC parms or in a PSBGEN. Also would like to have the option to specify a minimum and maximum range of values for LOCKMAX

    It is possible to apply an SMPE usermod to DFSRRA40 to set RCLKMAX to a fixed value for BMP work. We have been doing this since IMS V8.1.

    Is there a need to have different LOCKMAX values for each BMP PSB, but all LOCKMAX values specified for the PSBs must be less than an installation-specified number?
