Add extensionpoints for test case project

We are using "IMS Transaction Test Case Project" as a tool to submit an IMS-transaction for debug.

As today every developer needs to manually add testdata, What we suggest is an extensionpoint (i.e. MenuManager in IBM Developer for Z) that let us add customized functions.

One exampel is to gather data from test environment, update testcase (.ttc/xml) and then refresh the project. As long as there are some extension point in a test case project we are probably able to find a solution to ease the burden of updating testdata for the developers.
