IMS SOAP Gateway support of multiple endpoints.

Actually IMS SOAP Gateway doesn't support the specification of multiple PORT in a single WSDL file or better it is not able to dynamically identify the PORT information at runtime. The customer case was made by different WSDL:PORT specifications in a single WSDL file; some enabled for SSL and some not. Customer intention was to point to one between the secure or not secure PORTs through the use of a specific correlator file but IMS SOAP Gateway always select the same and first PORT definition. Actually each WSDL need to have or supports only one target endpoint.
