User ID as filter criteria

Like in any other bank, the customer has different business channels like: branch office, ATMs, internet, etc. and all the IMS transactions coming from a given channel carry the same user ID (a group in fact). For instance: BOFFI01, BOFFI02, BOFFI03,...are the common user ID for all transactions coming from branch offices, INTERN01, INTERN02,... are the common user ID for all transactions coming from internet and so on. Taking advantage of these common user ID the customer today is able to show an online graph of the number of transactions per minute and per channel in real time. This allows to monitor the status of the business in real time.

Currently, the way to get the required data is thru a third party product by filtering by User ID (BOFFI* for instance) and getting the number of transactions per user ID every minute. Now, the customer is moving to Omegamon and we have seen that we can filter by user ID in ATF but the same option, and this is our problem, does not exist in RTA. Therefore our requirement is to have the User Id as a filter criteria in order to be able to know how many transactions with a given user ID has been performed in a given period of time.
