Provide PMTU retransmits and errors at connect detail

Omegamon MFN provide stats on the stack workspace that shows both PMTU errors and retransmissions. On the connect detail there is no way to know if that connect had a PMTU error or retransmission. At the connect detail it will have the remote IP which in critical to find in a complex network where PMTU issues are.
