RMF CPC Report Retrieval Reliabilty Improvements

To obtain CPC-level metrics for all LPARs running on a CPC the OMEGAMON PlexView agent KM5PDAG issues a system level query that drives a system level agent (KM5LDAG) on an RTEMS selected from an internally built list of all M5 RTEMSs running on the CPC. In the current implementation, only one system-level agent in a selected RTEMS is driven for each CPC known to the PlexView agent. If the RMF DDS HTTP request fails then zero rows are returned for the CPC that is the target of the query and the PlexView agent continues to process the next CPC on its internally built list i.e. no data is returned for the CPC. The RMF DDS HTTP request failure may be isolated to only a subset (one or more) of the RTEMS running on the CPC and known to the PlexView agent.  If the RMF DDS HTTP request failure is due to, for example, a network configuration security issue between the RTEMS and the RMF DDS then it’s possible/probable other RTEMS to RMF DDS connections on a given CPC may not experience the request failures.
