Sysplex proxy designation in a larger Omegamon environment

An Omegamon RTEMS requirement is that the Plexview and Sysplex proxy TEMS should be at the highest maintenance level in the z/OS Sysplex environment. But because the first RTEMS available in a Sysplex is automatically made the Sysplex (and possible the Plexview) that is hard to control, even in a small z/OS environment it requires RTEMS recycles, in a large z/OS environmentthis requirement becomes nearly impossible to control.

If possible the Sysplex (and thus Plexview) proxy selection should be automated, so that the RTEMS of the highest maintenance level would automatically be selected as the primary Sysplex proxy, and the lover maintenance RTEMS made the backup! But I have no idea what kind of effort this would require, so..

An other option would be to allow a modify command (make this RTEMS the primary/backup/excluded Sysplex proxy) that would allow for the user to select which z/OS RTEMS becomes the Sysplex primary/backup/excluded proxy. This type of change would give the customer the ability to dynamically choose at any time which RTEMS should be the primary/backup/excluded Sysplex proxy without having to recycle any z/OS RTEMS! Additionally the user could even automated this if so desired!
