OMEGAMON Command and LOGON Security

Change OMEGAMON logon security, only if a SAF product is used, so that no logon is required and command checking is performed when entering the command. When a user enters the command then they should be asked for their SAF userid and password and this can be checked against the definitions in the SAF product if they are allowed to execute the command.

One problem our users encounter, particularly DB2 users, is that they log onto OMEGAMON, they then need to select their DB2 subsystem and then logon to that and enter their commands. If they want to go to another DB2 subsystem they have to then logon to that subsystem and when you have many DB2 subsystems then you are constantly logging on to them.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - zSeries Software
Product - Tivoli OMEGAMON XE on z/OS

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Tivoli
    Product family - Performance Monitoring
Product - Tivoli OMEGAMON XE on z/OS
