Larger packet size needed for IND$FILE and P-COMM download/upload

I request the next version/release of IBM P-COMM (and corresponding IND$FILE in MVS/TSO) to allow larger SendBufferSize values (e.g. 64000, 128000, 256000, 512000, 1024000, 2048000, 4096000, 8192000). This is needed for faster download/upload speed so that large files can upload/download in much shorter duration. In the past we use LAN ports in office. This was fast. But now most people work remotely (especially due to COVID-19) and need to use VPN. The VPN introduced a much worse response time of 300ms to 500ms between packets (eqv. ping response time). This delay cannot be shortened according to network guys. It does not help even if I use a 1000Mbps broadband network at home. So now the only way to make the upload/download faster is to make the packet size larger. Hope this is sufficient reason to support my request. Thanks.
(Please note that enhancement to IND$FILE in MVS/TSO may also be required besides enhancement to IBM Personal Communications.)
