EGL TUI map editor it always opens with terminal size 24 x 80 [RTC 35156]

Environment: Windows
Product name: IBM? Rational? Business Developer
Program Version : 7.5.1.4
Description.
User reports that when using the EGL TUI map editor it always opens with terminal size 24 x 80, even when the map opened has another format e.g 27 x 132 and there is also no option to change the default size within the tool.

Steps to reproduce:
a) open a TUI form larger then 24 x 80 with the EGL text form editor and it will always revert to the default 24 x 80.
b) The default setting of 24 x 80 does not include any option to change this default value.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Programming Languages
    Product - Business Developer

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
Product family - Design & development
    Product - Business Developer

This RFE's Headline was changed after submission to reflect the headline of an internal request we were already considering, but will now track here.

In fix pack 7.5.1.5 we have improved the form editor to be smarter about it initial size. The form editor will still open with the default size of 24X80. But if you use the Size option to resize the editor, we will store the preferred size in the metadata for that file. So every time that file is opened in the future, the user's setting will be used for the editor size.

Ideally, it would be great if RBD could figure out the best size to open with initially, based on the size of the form in the file. However, this gets very complicated when there are multiple forms in the file with different sizes. The use of partial forms, floating areas, etc., would all come into play. In fact, when there are a variety of forms of different sizes in the file, there is probably no one size that would be the best default.

So for this fix pack, we decided to stay with the current default of 24X80, since that is the most common size for forms. The editor is not quite as smart as was requested in this RFE, but at least now it has a better memory!

Thank you for this suggestion. We agree that it would be much better for the editor to open sized appropriately based on the form. We hope to implement this in an upcoming fix pack.
