RTL support for RUI widgets

The alignment property of the data grid widget is not working,
It always keeps the data left aligned.

In the DataGrid widget code (com.ibm.egl.rui.4.3.1/EGLSource/com.ibm.egl.rui.widgets/DataGrid.egl) at line 280
columnClass[column] = "EglRuiDataGridCell" + getAlignmentClass(columns[column].alignment);

Using both classes in this line keeps overwriting the developer's setting of the data alignment.

    We have evaluated this request and determined that it is already supported by specifying alignment property in the DataGridColumn. Please check the document in https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSMQ79_9.5.1/com.ibm.egl.lr.doc/topics/regl_ui_richui_datagrid.html, search for alignment in that page.
    Below is an example to set field1 column to be center align and the field2 column to be right align.
