Add the functionality of distributing a report via email using Reprint

Currently one can specify an email address for report distribution, however, it is only used when the report is distributed upon initial capture. The Reprint Override (RO) and Reprint Distribution Override (RDO) need to resend the report via email, if that is the distribution defined for the report, just as it resends the output to a printer, if THAT is the distribution defined for the report.
