Request to create a utility to provide Distribution IDs by report, which is like the opposite function of the REPORT

End user is trying to generate a report which has the list of distributions ids list for each report. Request came to us as - Need report cross-referencing TOM reports to recipients.

After research from the Report Admin and application teams in CA - Deliver there was an option which would list all reports for a given application with their distribution list for each report.,jobname that is created report, etc.,

After PMR is opened we were suggested to use - REPORTSFORUSER utility which lets us know - who is receiving what reports.

But right now the request user is looking for is -
REPORTSFORUSER utility - provides the distribution by reciepient,not by report. And they are looking something opposite to it like - if

You could develop a utility or a Job/jcl to generate DistributionsIDS by Report.
