New feature enhancement for TXseries

New feature from CU

1) CU need a tool to monitor the status of IPIC connection between TXSeries and CICS on Z ,which like the sample program as 'ping'/'pong'.
2) From the TXSeries side, by ACQ/REL alike command or other mechanism to manual quire/release the connection, not from MF side；
3) Dynamic TXSeries trace switch (without restart the region, only by some command such as inquire), especial to IPIC trace.
4) XA configuration parameter in RD.stanza, which includes the username/password of DB as Plaintext, CU want to save it as encrypted to meet the internal audit request.

    This requirement is satisfied by TXSeries v8.2 which was announced 17th Feb 2015 with a planned general availability date of Mar 13th 2015. For more information see the IBM TXSeries for Multiplatforms V8.2 announcement letter

    nr. 3 ( Dynamic TXSeries trace switch) is important for me too
