Creating DB2 services using the API Toolkit

System: z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition 3.0

z/OS Connect EE API Toolkit can create a service for CICS® (access through the CICS service provider) or IMS™ by using the z/OS® Connect EE API toolkit.

Description: z/OS Connect EE also supports creating REST APIs for DB2 services. However, the steps to create DB2 service is done outside of the z/OS Connect EE API Toolkit. The process to create the DB2 service would be a much better experience if this can also be done using the same z/OS Connect API Toolkit.

    This requirement is addressed by z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition API Toolkit V3.0.7.0 (Aqua 3.1) / V3.2.7.0 (Aqua 3.2)

    You can now create Db2 Service projects in the API Toolkit
