Option to expose data conversion error in API response

z/OS Connect APIs return HTTP SC200 (OK) despite reporting many GMOMW0005E data conversion errors in the STDOUT. According to L2 support, this data conversion error is so pervasive that zCEE just log the error messages but move on to provide the API response as normal (HTTP status code 200). Basically, zCEE assumes the error can be ignored. In the previous implementation, IMS Enterprise Suite responded with HTTP Status code 500 under the same condition:

In z/OS Connect EE, the IMS Service Provider treats GMOMW* error as 'API toolkit data transformation diagnostic', there is an action for the programmer.
