Modifying zOS Connect Response using a particular condition

We want to return a portion response depending on particular value of a field in response.

How it should work - say Response contains an Indicator Field Indicator1 & 2 Data Sections DataSection1, DataSection2.
By default zOS Connect API returns response containing Indicator1, DataSection1, DataSection2.
We want to achieve the following 
If Indicator1 contains a particular value say '1' then zOS Connect API should return response containing Indicator1, DataSection1 only.
If Indicator1 contains a particular value say '2' then zOS Connect API should return response containing Indicator1, DataSection2 only.

Benefits - zOS Connect Response will only contains the fields that is needed/relevant to consumer. The zOS Connect Response Size (Sent to upstream / consumer application) will reduce.

Who is benefited by the Idea - Consumer/Upstream Applications that calls the zOS Connect API

    This IDEA has been assessed by the team.
    It is already possible to use z/OS Connect response codes - https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/zos-connect/zosconnect/3.0?topic=api-how-define-multiple-response-codes
    As such this IDEA is being closed as delivered.
    If you have any further requirements in addition to the capability that exists today, we would
    welcome another IDEA.
