Setting in IMS Service Provider to translate user IDs to upper case before sending them to IMS

When a z/OS Connect user generates a Base64 auth token with a RACF user ID containing lower case letters, the authentication and authorization checks in z/OS Connect will be successful, but those in IMS Connect or IMS may fail since the IMS Service Provider doesn't translate the RACF user ID it is sending within the IMS Connect and OTMA headers to upper case. An option to enable this upper case translation would be very helpful and prevent - especially in development systems - security violations caused by developers / testers who forgot to enter the RACF user ID with upper case letters only when generating the Base64 auth token.
