z/OS Connect Gradle and dependecy delivery over SMP/e

We are using the API first scenario and therefore do not require the zOS Connect designer. It means that we will integrate the Gradle copybook build in IDz and the WAR build under DBB. For both purposes we require a delivery of both the Gradle scripting as also the dependencies. These currently are packed together with zOS Connect designer. As a result, we need to rely on untrusted external locations to obtain the Gradle scripts and dependencies. Directly retrieving dependencies from our mission critical mainframe towards an untrusted location on the internet is a no-go for our security department. As we see zOS Connect as a closed source product we would prefer to have these two components delivered through the regular SMP/e process.
