Plugins needed to generate deployable zOS Connect artifacts

We need a command line utility( java/batch) or preferably a Gradle plugin from IBM which can be used to generate the deployable artifacts on non Z/OS build system.
For example:-
A java/batch/Gradle plugin which can generate .SAR/.AAR and related deployable artifacts from the source service interface(.si) , mapping.xml , request/response.map , package.xml or service XML files etc as the case may be.

    This requirement is addressed by z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition V3.0.8 / APAR PI95501:

    This capability is delivered through enhancements to the z/OS Connect EE Build Toolkit (zconbt) to allow it to build Service and API Eclipse projects into .aar and .sar files. It is also already capable of building .ara files for API Requester. If there are further requirements for enhancements to automation frameworks such as Gradle, please raise a separate RFE so they can be assessed separately.
