SMF 123 records should be logged for all access attempts to z/OS Connect

The ability to monitor authorization failures HTTP401 and file not found HTTP404 early failures is now available to be monitored in Omegamon/JVM but this same information is not written to the SMF 123 records.

As SMF is the main security and audit repository for any access on the z/OS system, z/OS Connect should be updated to log all accesses attempts to z/OS Connect to SMF so that they can be monitored and reported against to identify unauthorized and failed access attempts to the z/OS Connect system.
