Create IIDR plugin for TDS/IZPCA

The z/OS Capture agent for IIDR (aka IBM CDC) has the ability to cut performance metrics as SMF records. However there is no 'off the shelf' facility to store these records for subsequent analysis. Both TDS and IZPCA have DB2 backend databases to store SMF records for other z/OS components. So it's logical to have a plugin for CDC.

    We are looking to see when and how the work done in this area over the past couple years to support this can be integrated fully into the product
