Require the improvement of ZD&T Licensing errors/warning/messages when a ZD&T License Manager has been flagged as a clone

Currently, issues with ZD&T licensing are very difficult to diagnose for the ZD&T customer and even for IBM support. Especially when it comes to "cloned" License Manager servers. When a request file is generated (via request_license), I assume this contains hardware information - and not just something that says "cloned". Applying this request file in RLKC, there is no indication for the customer that it is flagged as a clone. Instead some generic error message is displayed. When applying the same request file to an IBM Internal generator, only then is there a message showing it has been flagged as a clone. 1. Can the same/similar message be displayed when using the RLKC generator? OR 2. Can a new tool be provided to determine and display if a License Server has been cloned?
