GDPS CA: GDPS ROUTING SCRIPT can end timely and do not wait for the end of workload monitoring

During workload switch with GDPS ROUTING script, customer found that ROUTING script did not end as soon as the switch was completed. Customer opened the case and was reply that 'After the workload switch completion as shown in message GEO4560I, there is still other checking and workload monitoring activities. The script does not end until the last workload has been monitored'. Customer requests that ROUTING script could end timely after the switch is completed and do not need to wait for the end of workload monitoring.
