Support Reading zOS Datasets line by line

zOAU currently only supports reading zOS datasets from a given point to the end of the dataset, or the last x lines. When processing a very large dataset we need the ability to read a zOS dataset line by line to prevent memory problems. Can ZOAU be enhanced to support the equivalent of readlines() for zOS datasets.

zoau_io had read() provided recently, it would be nice to include a write() method too. zopen references 'w' write mode, but it seems this is not included.

This functionality has now been delivered with ZOAU 1.2.4 (PH52034/UI92506). Please feel free to keep suggesting new ideas, and thanks for your suggestion!
