Python support for RACF Keyrings

With Python becoming more popular on z/OS for automation tasks, it should provide the same level and mechanisms of security offered in other ported languages such as Java. Currently, for example, certificates stored in RACF must be exported, copied to a Unix System Services directory, and reformatted to be used with Python requests or urllib packages. Java, on the other hand, provides RACF classes that enable the use of RACF keyrings. This allows tasks with security constraints to use a standard facility, enables separation of duties in enterprise environments, and eliminates the need to store duplicate data.

Thanks, py-zcrypto works for me with a RACF keyring (with private key stored in RACF). Note that there is an increasing interest in CCA keyrings (with private key stored in ICSF). This will be somewhat harder to implement, though :)
