When an operation is restarted, nothing currently in the EQQAUDIT report or in the EQQMLOG documents what TYPE of restart command was used (RERUN, RC, SJR, FSR, FJR, etc) and what type of restart (STEP restart, JOB restart) and the selected step for the restart (if any). This information would be useful in troubleshooting issues with restart.

An incorrect restart of an operation (restarted from wrong step, restarted with wrong type of restart command) can cause a lot of problems in an operational zWS environment.  There is currently no way to tell what type of restart was done from the EQQAUDIT report or by a message in the EQQMLOG.   Knowing which user did the restart command and from what step would be useful
