I'd like to suggest adding the scenario or be more explicit when talking about the cert usage. The manual explains about the use of self-signed and a signed cert of each user's certificate authority choice but I didn't find how to setup a scenario...

Reopen data sets after restart

Local files are reopened after restarting Eclipse automatically, remote z/OS file aren't. Please add an option to have also the last z/OS Data sets / members opened, that were open upon shutdown.
