TLVLOG output

It would be useful to create another way of Dataset to collect the output of TLVLOG. This new way could allow to collect it in several datasets that would avoid to have a huge sequential dataset with all the TLVLOG from long time. For example, a GDG.

When the user send the character x'10' and others, with some emulators, CL/SUPERSSESION chokes

The Telnet 3270 emulator (Quick3270 Secure) send the ASCII character x'10' CL/SUPERSESSION cut the connection and choke. We have suffered the same problem with other emulator programs.
